By purchasing a commission or a YCH (Your Character Here), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.USAGE GUIDELINES:✦ NO DEADLINES: If you have a specific deadline, a 50% surcharge will be applied to the commission price.
✦ Private Works: Private commissions are welcome, with an additional fee of +50%. Please inform me beforehand; otherwise, the artwork will be made public.
✦ Creative Rights: I retain the right to use any artwork I create for promotional purposes, including art shows, prints, animations, and games.
✦ Project Utilization: All images may also be utilized in my Patreon and other digital projects. However, I will not alter or recolor your commission for others; your commission remains exclusively yours.
✦ Image Delivery: You will receive two versions of your image:
A version suitable for online publication (minimum 1280 × 720 pixels)

✦ Payment Platform: Transactions will be done via Boosty or Hipolink!
Currency: Payments are accepted in USD only.
✦ Payment Structure: Full payment is required upfront.
✦ Commission Requirements: I require detailed character reference sheets, not mere descriptions.
✦ Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline commissions if I am uncomfortable for any reason.
✦ Payment Plans: Available for commissions totaling over 300$.
✦ No Work Without Payment: Work will not commence until full payment is received.
✦ Correction Policy: Once the final artwork is delivered, I won’t make major revisions. If you need slight adjustments, you may inquire, but please be mindful of the previous stages.
✦ Copyright Agreement: I retain copyright of the final artwork, permitting you to use the image for non-commercial purposes (e.g., uploading web versions to your gallery, using it as an avatar, or printing for personal use).
✦ Commercial Use Rights: Please inquire for a quote if you're interested in purchasing commercial usage rights.
✦ Image Size Requirements: Inform me if you need a specific size or if the art is intended for printing, as I focus on web resolutions.
✦ File Formats: I do not provide .psd files or layered formats for commissions.REFUND POLICY:✦Affordability Consideration: If you cannot pay, please do not proceed with the purchase.
✦No Refund after Sketch Approval: Payments are non-refundable after the sketch has been approved.
✦Fraudulent Refunds: Initiating a chargeback after project completion for no valid reason will result in being blocked. Please respect the integrity of artists!PERSONAL NOTE:✦ Timing for Completion: The timeframe for completion after payment varies based on my schedule, health, workload, and the complexity of the commission; it can range from a few days to several months.
✦ Art Queue: Please remember that I manage multiple requests in a queue format, and I adhere closely to it.Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your support!
